The President of Russia issued today, 1 April 2020, a decree for Russia to revisit some of the public health protocols from the Soviet times.
In a press statement from Kremlin, the spokesperson explains:
โThe recent virus scare has made us rethink the direction in which Russian public health care went after the end of the Soviet Union.
Our reliance on products and procedures from the western medical-industrial complex has turned out not to be any better than the traditional Russian methods, more in harmony with nature.
The reluctance and even fear of using sunlight therapy against a wide range of health issues and as a powerful prophylactic is one of our specific concerns.
Heliotherapy was a cornerstone of the Soviet public health system, and now we will use a large part of the new $4 billion โafter Coronaโ fund to bring it back into the Russian public health care environment.
Just look at the statistics over influenza virus activities over the year. Thanks to the presence of UV-light, summer is much more efficient than any chemical medicine in neutralizing viruses.
It will be quite possible with modern Russian technology to create summerlike conditions indoors in every, factory, every office, every school, and in every home, and thus bring the viral activities to summertime levels all year round.
Our medical medical-education system will be re-aligned to teach the use of UV-light as the preferred treatment, before, or at least, as an alternative or in parallel with vaccines and antibiotics.
Doctors and media profiles who been under the influence of the western UV-fear will also have to adapt to the new-old methods or look for other employments.โ

This is one of the most important decisions you ever made! Bringing back the UV-light into Russian healthcare will be the most cost-efficient way to improve general health and prolong the lifespan of the Russian people.
